YiLink / MyCloudGame ("we", "us") operates the service. This policy applies when you visit mycloudgame.com, download/use YiLink software, and use related console services.

2. Data Transmission & Direct P2P

YiLink's core functionality is based on WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. In direct mode, your screen video, audio, and input commands are transmitted directly between your devices and do not pass through or get stored on our servers.

Transport is encrypted using SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol) and DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security).

3. Auto Relay Service

If you use Auto Relay, encrypted traffic is forwarded through our TURN servers. These servers only forward packets and cannot decrypt, view, or store your streaming content.

4. Information We Collect

• Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address for authentication and account management.
• Connection-required information: to establish connections, we process device IP addresses and ICE candidates (required for WebRTC negotiation).
• Usage & diagnostics: we may collect anonymous or aggregated data (e.g., connection success rate, session duration, bandwidth usage, and error summaries) to improve quality and diagnose issues.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits and click events. GA4 may collect page views, event data, approximate location, device/browser information, and may use cookies or similar technologies. You can restrict cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out tool: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Payment-related information: when you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Creem.io as Merchant of Record). We may receive order-related information such as order ID, plan purchased, payment status, and billing email. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

5. How We Use Information

We process information for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain YiLink features, including login, device management, and connectivity.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and security risks.
• Improve performance, debug issues, and enhance user experience.
• Fulfill paid plan purchases, activation, and customer support.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with:

• Payment providers: to process payments, refunds, disputes, and tax-related matters (e.g., Creem.io). Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Analytics and infrastructure providers: to run the website and measure traffic (e.g., GA4).
